Delivery Terms Delivery Estimates: While we provide estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product type. Ownership Transfer: Ownership of products transfers to the customer once payment is received in full and the items are handed over to the carrier. Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are additional to product prices and may vary based on location or specific requirements for remote areas. Separate Shipments: Some products may be packaged and shipped separately. Responsibility for Delays: We are not liable for delays beyond estimated delivery dates but will inform customers of any known issues.
Terms of Purchase​
Order Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate order details at checkout, including the recipient's name, delivery address, postal code/zip code, phone number, and email address. Missed deliveries due to incorrect information are the customer's responsibility.Order Acceptance: Orders are considered accepted only after payment is received and confirmed. Any items not accepted do not form part of the contract. We reserve the right to decline orders at our sole discretion.Changes to Orders: If changes to delivery details or special requirements are needed after placing an order, customers must contact us promptly.Order Holds and Cancellations: Orders may be placed on hold due to issues such as print file errors, security concerns, or address confirmation. Customers have 30 days to resolve these issues or cancel their order. Refunds will only be issued if production has not started.
