Refund Policy - the basics

Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.

If your customer’s order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, Printful will offer to reship the order. If their products arrive damaged or defective, your customer can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required.

Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.

Terms of Purchase

  1. Order Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate order details at checkout, including the recipient's name, delivery address, postal code/zip code, phone number, and email address. Missed deliveries due to incorrect information are the customer's responsibility.

  2. Order Acceptance: Orders are considered accepted only after payment is received and confirmed. Any items not accepted do not form part of the contract. We reserve the right to decline orders at our sole discretion.

  3. Changes to Orders: If changes to delivery details or special requirements are needed after placing an order, customers must contact us promptly.

  4. Order Holds and Cancellations: Orders may be placed on hold due to issues such as print file errors, security concerns, or address confirmation. Customers have 30 days to resolve these issues or cancel their order. Refunds will only be issued if production has not started.​

Returns and Refunds

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt with supporting photos and descriptions.

  2. Lost Packages: Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  3. Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges since all products are made to order. Customers should consult size charts carefully before purchasing.

  4. Exchanges: Exchanges for incorrect sizes require placing a new order at the customer's expense.
